1. Return Eligibility
At NoirOrigin, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted only for customers based in the United States at this time. To begin the return process, please contact our support team at service@noirorigin.com and we will provide full return instructions.
Items must be returned in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all accessories included. If the returned item is used or returned in poor condition, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.
2. Return Method and Shipping Costs
All returns are processed by mail. For returns of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is approved via email.
3. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be in brand new, unused condition and packaged securely in its original box with all parts and accessories. If the product is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value (e.g., used or damaged), we may apply a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We do accept exchanges for customers in the United States. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is received and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item. If the exchange is due to a defect or error, our team will help facilitate a free replacement.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, NoirOrigin will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you'll receive confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility requirements. However, for items returned damaged, heavily used, or missing components, a partial refund may apply based on the product’s reduced value.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, you may be charged for both the return and reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at service@noirorigin.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
